VOD: Oregon puts together its throwback helmets
We showed you Oregon's awesome 1994 throwback uniforms Tuesday and here's a glimpse of how the helmets are put together.
Not only are the helmets awesome – we wouldn't complain if Oregon went with these full time, though we understand why they won't – but the video is a great look at how a helmet is put together. It takes the Oregon equipment staff approximately four hours to assemble the helmets. It's the first time all season that Oregon has built new helmets from scratch, though typically the school has six or seven helmet builds a year.
